ePrabodh Support options:
ePrabodh is used to share resources (PDFs, links, e-books, and more) with students; for quizzes, discussion forums, and other assignments; and as a place to receive student work such as papers. This makes managing your course/training online very simple.

For Teachers
Customizing course layout
The home page for a course is divided into course sections and blocks. The center column contains the course sections, usually organized either by week or topic. Resources (such as PDFs or other files), activities (such as forums), and assessment (such as quizzes, tests, or assignment dropboxes) can be added to the individual sections.
Blocks are located to the left and right of the section area, and contain items such as ‘Navigation,’ ‘Administration,’ and ‘Calendar.’ It is helpful to find the “Administration” block, in particular, as this will allow you to edit many aspects of your course. A sample course format is shown below, organized by class topic.
To change the default format of the middle content area from weekly to topics, click on “Edit Settings” in the Administration block as shown above. On the Edit Course Settings page, expand Course Format (by clicking on the gray triangle), and then choose the desired format using the drop-down menu.
In the Weekly format, the course page is organized into weekly sections, starting with the course start date. The Topics format organizes the course into topic sections, and the number of sections can be customized.
Making the course available to students
If the link to your course on the home page is dark blue, then the course is already available to students. If the course link is gray, and you want the course to be available to the students, click on “Edit Settings” in the Administration block.
Within the General section of the Course Settings page, toggle the Visible button from ‘Hide’ to ‘Show’ as seen on the right. Make sure to click “Save Changes” at the bottom of the page to complete the process.
Add Participants (including Teaching Assistants & Monitors)
Students registered in a course are automatically added by ePrabodh, but teaching assistants and mentors need to be added manually to the course.
To add a participant to a course, click the “Enrolled Users” link under the course name in the Administration box. Then you will be directed to the next page, where you will be able add participants to your course.
On the next screen, you will see a list of all the participants enrolled in the course. Click the “Enrol users” button to add participants to your course. In the pop-up window that appears, set the role you want the student to have in the drop-down list next to “Assign roles” (see picture 2 – if you are adding a TA, you may want to give them different access than “student”). Then, enter a student’s name in the search field (also in picture 2) and click “Search.” When you’ve found the student you want to add, click the “Enrol” button next to that student’s name.
When you’re finished, click the “Finish enrolling users” button, and the pop-up window will close. The students you just added should now appear in the participant list.
